No. 2 Cassia Heights is an exceptional two bedroom villa with adjacent one bedroom guest cottage nestled on the desirable Royal Westmoreland Resort.
Ideally located within a short stroll of the Club House and Sanctuary, guests are within easy reach of the large communal swimming pool, gym, children’s pool and tennis courts. The villa comes with full golf membership to access the golf course. Just outside the villa, there are two reserved parking spaces for guests to use.
Recently refurbished, both its indoor and outdoor living spaces have been tastefully decorated in neutral shades with pops of pastel colour throughout. The kitchen and bathrooms are all fully air-conditioned. The master bedroom is located on the upper level with its own private balcony which offers superb views whilst the 2nd bedroom is located on the lower level and leads onto the large deck which spans the entire property. Both bedrooms are en suite and include air-conditioning, ceiling fans, their own safe and a large screen television. The third bedroom, located just off the entry courtyard, is also en suite and includes air-conditioning, a safe and a large screen television.
The property includes housekeeping 5 days per week.
Guests of Cassia Heights 2 will receive a free bottle of champagne upon arrival and late check outs are free once there is availability to do so. Guests can also enjoy use of the Port St. Charles Beach facilities which includes use of complimentary armchairs and umbrellas as well as Day-Time access to the Owner’s private beach apartment. Use of this apartment is subject to availability.
An airport meet and greet service can also be organized upon request.
