STAFF:
Summertime:15th Apr to 14th Dec 2023 – 5 days.
High Time:15th Dec to 14th April – 6 days.
Sundays and public holidays the Chef will be off.
Chef services are required on the Chef’s off day:
the rate of $100 USD is to be paid directly to the Chef.
During public holidays the rate will be double.
Housekeeping:
6 days a week Mondays to Saturdays and on public holidays – Sundays Off
BEDS:
Beds/Mattress Sizes: All King sizes but cannot be separated or spilt.
