Head down to the beach via a stairway from the villa’s expansive terrace. Enjoy sunbathing on its fine sands, or dive into the water and go snorkeling or swimming. The home’s sundeck and patio area is also a great spot to while away time. It’s sheltered by large palm trees and lush vegetation giving you and your guests plenty of privacy. Meanwhile, the kidney-shaped pool offers opportunities to cool down while taking in sea and beach views beyond. And close by, you’ll find an outdoor dining area under the covered portion of the terrace.

The interior of the villa boasts a modern living space with towering wood slated ceilings, neutral tones and natural light. The living area is spacious with white plush sofas and chairs, providing a blank canvas for the vivid hues of blue from the sea. This room also opens up to the lovely terrace. A casual dining area, complete with a bar, is bright and open with a glass-topped table, while a formal dining room features arched French doors that lead out to the gardens beyond. The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts black marble counters.

With four well-appointed and comfortably furnished bedrooms, the villa will easily sleep up to eight guests. All the bedrooms boast modern, private en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. The master suite features a king size bed and a dressing room.
In less than five minutes driving time, you can find yourself on the greens of a golf course. Equally close are tennis courts and a fitness center, for those who like to stay active. For a little shopping and dining, take a drive to the nearby Speightstown.
